At Réva we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right please don't hesitate to reach out.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size. Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free of any stains, odor, or damage
How To Request An Exchange:
1. Email at hello@therevamuse.com
2. Include your order number and the size you need
3. Wait for approval and exchange instruction
4. Ship item back within 5 business days of approval
5. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges are based on available inventory. We cannot guarantee your requested size will be available
Damaged Or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@therevamuse.com with a photo and order number. We will make it right.
