Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Réva. Every order means everything to us.

 

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

 

Holiday Processing Times:

Please note that during major holidays processing and shipping times may be delayed. Carriers and postal services may experience higher than normal volume and some locations may be closed.

We will always communicate any delays via email and on our social media pages @therevamuse. Thank you for your patience and continued support during the holiday season.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States):

Standard Shipping — 5-7 business days 

Expedited Shipping — 2-3 business days 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available. You will receive an email or message with pickup details once your order is ready. Please do not come before you are notified that your order is ready.

 

Order Tracking: 

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

Important Notes:

• Réva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

• Réva is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot change addresses after an order is placed.
